There are 2 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.

The first layer is basic fabric. It's 1680D nylon oxford fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.

The bottom layer is TPU coating. It's easy to weld by HF and hot air, and it makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight.
